Sometimes we identify chemical or neurotransmitter imbalances, which can be addressed with supplementation or specific nutritional precursors. Often though, mood and sleep disturbances are due to an emotional, environmental or dietary cause. As such we take a holistic approach and use diet and natural medicines either alone, or to compliment current medications or counseling that has already been started. We also refer when necessary.
