(10 minutes – Free)
For new clients unsure about naturopathy
If you’re curious about naturopathy but aren’t sure if it’s the right path for you, this complementary 10-minute phone call is the perfect place to start. I’ll answer your questions, explain how I can help, and ensure you feel comfortable before booking your first consultation.

Initial Consultation
(60 minutes – $130)
For new clients or those returning after 18+ months
Your first consultation is a chance for me to really understand you and your health journey. I’ll take a detailed history of your health, lifestyle, work, and mental well-being. We’ll review any medications, supplements, or recent pathology, and if needed, I may suggest additional testing or referrals.
Together, we’ll create a personalised plan with achievable steps that align with your goals—whether that involves dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, or herbal supplements.

Extended Follow Up Appointment
(45 minutes – $88)
For follow-ups after 12+ months, second visits, or when you need extra time
An extended appointment is ideal if it’s been more than a year since your last visit, or if you need additional time to dive deeper into your progress, new health concerns, or updated test results.
During this session, I’ll check in on your treatment plan, discuss any adjustments, and ensure you’re still on track with your goals. We’ll also assess any side effects or concerns you may have and refine your recommendations as needed.

Standard Follow Up Appointment

A standard appointment is designed to keep your health journey moving forward. I’ll review how you’re progressing, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and assess when you’re ready to move on to the next health goal.
This session is an opportunity to check in, address any questions or concerns, and continue working towards sustainable health improvements.

Quick Check-In
(15 minutes – $50)
For existing clients needing a short review or acute prescription
A quick check-in is a short session designed to support you between regular appointments. Whether you need a review of your current supplements, an acute prescription for a cold or UTI, or a brief touch-base for guidance, this option provides the flexibility to get the support you need.

Additional Information
Pathology and Testing
During your consultation, I may recommend additional testing such as:
Microbiome testing for detailed insights into your gut health.
Food intolerance testing to identify triggers and sensitivities that may be contributing to your symptom or how you are feeling.
Pathology reviews to assess nutritional deficiencies, monitor underlying health conditions or inflammation that may be impacting your health or slowing your recovery.
If further support is needed, I can also provide recommendations of GPs, specialists, or other Allied healthcare providers.
